Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Lovebeehive.com and Fields Outfitters Web LLC "Beehive" and governs data collection and usage. Welcome to Lovebeehive.com. The Lovebeehive.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Fields Outfitters Web LLC “Beehive” (“Beehive”). Each of these various pages and their included services are available to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”).

Your use of any Beehive services or web pages will constitute your agreement to all such Terms, please read them carefully.

Lovebeehive.com is an e-commerce site. The purpose of the Site is to provide clothing accessories for sale on a shopify e-commerce platform. All items are sold according to our Terms. Returns or exchanges will abide by our Returns and Exchanges rules.

Privacy

Your use of Lovebeehive.com is subject to Beehive’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY You may ship back unwanted items, in original condition, within 30 days from your order’s original ship date for store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a full refund, we must receive the product within 10 days of the date of delivery. Your return will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we currently cannot support free returns or exchanges outside the continental US.

RETURNABLE ITEMS All items eligible for return must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way with original tags attached. Carefully review the non-returnable items listed below to make sure the items you purchased are eligible for return or exchange. If you are under the impression that you received something incorrect (size, style or color) or defective, you must let us know within 5 days of receipt by notifying Customer Care (include phone and email). We want you to love your new goodies, so please never hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following for refund: Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories, body suits, cosmetics, returns received after 30 days from the original shipment date, all items marked “FINAL SALE,” washed, worn, damaged or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains, and shoes without the original box (the box must also be in the condition in which you received it and free of postage stickers or stamps). Beehive reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds and update this Policy at any time without notice.

Lovebeehive.com may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Beehive and Beehive is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including, without limitations, any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Beehive is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Beehive of the site or any association with its operators. Certain services made available via Lovebeehive.com are delivered by third party sites and organizations. International Users

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Beehive from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Indemnification

Termination/Access Restriction

Beehive reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Beehive as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Beehive's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Beehive's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Beehive with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Beehive with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Beehive with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Changes to Terms

Beehive reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Lovebeehive.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Beehive encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
