IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Clothing items purchased within 30 days will receive store credit or exchange. Must be in original condition with all original tags attached. Please read over our Return Criteria below and please note that not all items are eligible for store credit.  

Holiday Return Policy

We are offering extended return policy throughout the holidays. Purchases made from 11/20/23 - 12/24/22 can be returned for store credit until 01/24/24. See our full return policy online for more details.

Return Criteria:

Not totally happy with your purchase - no biggie! Full price clothing items can be returned within 30 days for store credit provided the criteria outlined below is met. We will provide an e-gift card or physical gift card for store credit. Discounted sale items are final sale. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

We Do Not Accept Returns for the Following Items:

• Sale or promo discounted items
• Shoes, jewelry, and accessories
• Swimwear and Intimates
• All clothing product being returned must be: 
• Unworn and unwashed, have the tags still attached, free from makeup or stain, and any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.

 ONLINE ORDERS + RETURN VIA SHIPPING:

Please send items back to your nearest Beehive within 30 days of purchase to receive store credit. Click in our contact section to see where your nearest beehive location is. 

• Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense. we suggest choosing a shipping option that provides a tracking number and emailing us the tracking so we know when to expect your return--that way we can process your return faster. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. 
• please allow 10 days from the time you mail your order for your credit to be processed. we will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

WANT TO RETURN TO FLAGSHIP LOCATION: 

you’re welcome to drop off your return free of charge at any one of our locations. simply drop off your return with one of our sales associates within 10 business days of receiving your order and we will issue the proper refund. Your return will be processed within 48 business hours. exceptions do occur with holidays and weekends. 

EXCHANGES

if you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. it will ensure that your new favorite item is in stock! Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email to confirm that it’s all good.
