Items are shipped from both of our Beehive locations. Some orders may be shipped separately if the items are coming from different locations; therefore, your order may ship in separate packages. You will receive USPS tracking information for all packages via email.
RETURN POLICY
ONLINE AND IN STORE PURCHASES:
Not totally happy with your purchase - no biggie! Unworn, full price items can be returned for a refund provided the criteria outlined below is met. Discounted sale items are final sale. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
We Do Not Accept Returns on the Following Items:
Sale or promo discounted items, accessories, swimwear, intimates, or vintage.
All Products Must Be Returned:
Unworn and unwashed, tags attached, free from makeup and fake tan, free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY:
Austin + Fort Worth locations: You have 3 days after purchase for a full refund and 30 days for store credit/store exchange. Please read over our return criteria above, please note that not all items are eligible for a full refund.
RETURN VIA SHIPPING:
Please send items back to your nearest beehive within 10 business days of receiving your order so we can issue the proper refund. You have 10 days for a full refund and 30 days to receive store credit. Click our contact section to see where your nearest Beehive location is.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's own expense. Beehive is not responsible for any lost orders or returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
Want to return to a flagship location? Simply drop off your return to your nearest Beehive within 10 business days of receiving your order and we will issue the proper refund. Your return will be processed within 48 business hours. Exceptions do occur with holidays and weekends.
