What is your holiday return policy?
We are offering extended return policy throughout the holidays. Purchases made from 11/07/22 - 12/24/22 can be returned for store credit until 01/24/23. See our full return policy online for more details.
How will I know when my order has shipping and how do I track my order?
You will receive shipping confirmation and USPS tracking information via email directly from us as soon as your item has shipped.
If you purchased your order online, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking information. If you purchased your order over the phone or via Instagram DM, we will contact you with your order’s USPS tracking information with the contact information you give us.
How do I return an item?

When should I expect my order? Usually orders shipped within Texas are expected between 1-3 business days. Anywhere in the U.S. should be expected to arrive within 3-8 business days. Need something ASAP, contact us and we will make sure that order is processed as a priority to make it on time to you.
I entered the wrong shipping address! Don’t you worry! Call us at any of our locations and we can happily help you with that and be sure to receive your correct shipping address.
My package was delivered, but I haven't received it. Please let your local USPS office know by emailing them about the lost item. They are happy to help find your package and help you through the claims process.
I received a faulty item. Oh no! We never want an item to be faulty for our customers and will do everything we can to make it right for you. Give us a call at any of our stores with your order info and we are happy to help you through it.
Will you be restocking an item I am interested in? On occasion, we try to restock our most popular items, but depending on supply, can’t always make that happen. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at any of our locations and we'll double check whether we have that item in any of our stores for you and if not, we'll certainly make a note to notify you if and when the item is able to be restocked.
If an item is out of stock online, can i still purchase it in store? All items sold online come from our Beehive locations. So if it’s sold out online, it will be sold out in stores. However, contact us at any location and we will happily find something similar for you and can notify you if that item will be available soon.
How often do you update the website with new arrivals? Our online collections are updated with new arrivals about once a month, but our stores are updated every day with new arrivals. Follow us on Instagram (@beehiveboutique and @beehiveftw) to see all our new arrivals and announcements. See something you like on our Instagram? Contact us or DM us to easily purchase anything you see on our page.
Need some information on sizing? Give us a call or DM us on Instagram for more sizing information. We’re always happy to help! We also give a description of fit for most products, so have a look at its description to see if an item runs big or small, or has any adjustable features.
Do you carry plus size or petite sized apparel? Most of our items are sized from small, medium and large. This is due to availability from our vendors. When available, we try to carry extended sizing such as XS and XL. Also, a lot of our vendors' clothing will run smaller or larger based on each individual vendor.
