Store Manager (Full Time - Fort Worth, TX location)

Who We Need:

  • 1+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced, creative retail environment
  • Passionate about styling and staying on top of current trends (you spot them before anyone else does) 
  • Enjoys social media 
  • A natural networker and team leader
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative
  • Loves maintaining an on brand visual interior aesthetic

Where You Come In:

  • Giving our customers the Beehive experience they love us for: greeting them as you would a friend (because that’s what they are), welcoming them into our inspiring space filled with the styles they came to us for, styling them with the attention you’d give your best friend, and making sure they leave with a bit of pep to their step.
  • At Beehive, we take pride in our visuals and store atmosphere. We are looking for a girl that has an eye for not only styling herself and others, but enjoys keeping the store looking current and clean. You’ll work closely with the Beehive Austin visuals team to ensure a constant elevated aesthetic.
  • As manager, you’ll be the face of the store and the team leader. You’ll be expected to motivate your sales team but at the same time, make sure everyone is having fun. Recruit a team that you can both work and laugh with throughout the day. Beehive girls are hard workers, but also know how to have fun doing it.
  • Operational tasks include maintaining seamless store operations, taking and managing inventory, inputting vendor invoices, keeping the stockroom organized, placing store reorders and supply orders, giving buying input and fulfilling e-commerce orders.
  • Maintain and exceed sales goals. Get creative and think of ways that will bring our customer in, form long lasting relationships with them so you get to a point where you are even comfortable texting them if something comes in that you know they will love, and plan pop ups with like minded brands. Stay involved with the Ft. Worth community.
  • You will work closely with our owner and amazing team over at Beehive Austin to ensure that the Beehive vibe and aesthetic is reflected in every little detail. -You’ll provide real time and weekly feedback on sales, operations and customer/team experience along with product and sales performance.
  • Lastly, you’ll work closely with our creative team for weekly social media content (fun things like styling models and taking selfies in our current products and styles)
