Assistant Store Manager (Full Time - Fort Worth, TX)
We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and lead our dynamic team at our Fort Worth location. This individual will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining the elevated aesthetic and brand standards Beehive is known for.
Reporting to the Regional Manager and Store Manager, this role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of style, leadership experience, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, creative retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Leadership

Co-Lead daily store operations with a focus on driving sales and improving overall performance

Consistently meet or exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly)

Support and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional service and hit targets

Provide personalized styling assistance and product recommendations to customers
-
Coach team members to develop their sales techniques and product knowledge
-
Reinforce and maintain loss prevention protocols
-
Lead by example on the sales floor with strong communication and a positive attitude
Customer Experience

Build lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and a personalized Beehive experience
-
Ensure all customer interactions—whether in-store, online, or by phone—reflect Beehive’s high service standards

Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional store environment at all times
-
Identify new opportunities to meet customer needs and improve service
Operations & Inventory

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution

Maintain accurate inventory and manage weekly inventory tasks
-
Provide real-time and weekly updates on store performance, team progress, and customer feedback
-
Manage daily e-commerce and phone orders with care and efficiency
-
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and supply inventory

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Visual Merchandising

Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement seasonal and promotional merchandising strategies

Maintain brand standards through thoughtful and consistent product placement

Keep the sales floor fully stocked and visually compelling based on customer demand and product trends

Monitor inventory levels and replenish floor regularly
Team & Culture

What We're Looking For
-
1–2+ years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in fashion or boutique retail
-
Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to motivate a team

Passion for fashion, styling, and current trends

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; proactive and detail-oriented
-
Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Sales Associate (Part Time - Fort Worth, TX)
Who We Need:

Previous relevant retail store experience preferred

Passionate about styling and staying on top of current trends (you spot them before anyone else does)

A natural people person who loves to make connections with our customers and brings positivity

Able to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative

A team player who likes to collaborate with their peers and leadership

Loves maintaining an on brand visual interior aesthetic with an eye for detail

Giving our customers the Beehive experience they love us for: greeting them as you would a friend (because that’s what they are), welcoming them into our inspiring space filled with the styles they came to us for, styling them with the attention you’d give your best friend, and making sure they leave with a bit of pep to their step.

At Beehive, we take pride in our visuals and store atmosphere. We are looking for a girl that has an eye for not only styling herself and others, but enjoys keeping the store looking current and clean alongside our team. You will work closely with our store manager and amazing team to ensure that the Beehive vibe and aesthetic is reflected in every little detail.

Operational tasks include maintaining seamless store operations, keeping the store floor and stockroom organized and up to visual standards, and fulfilling e-commerce and phone orders.

Last but not least, maintain and exceed sales goals. Get creative with our store managers and team to think of ways that will bring our customers in and form long lasting relationships with them by a personalized and genuine experience. Drives store experience on the sales floor through an energized pace
