Reporting to our Regional Manager, essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Lead & motivate sales team: go over sales goals, daily to do’s, and be able to delegate and prioritize 
  • Develop associate’s sales technique 
  • Actively manage clientele program
  • Teach and uphold loss prevention

Customer Experience:

  • Develop customer relationships with our customers to build an enjoyable Beehive experience up to standard
  • Maintain floor presence with team to assist customers and monitor client interaction 
  • Identify future customer opportunities by understanding product and service requirements
  • Plan at least 1 month pop up a month + lead pops up and reach out and confirm dates, times, details


  • Maintain consistent inventory accuracy + perform store inventory 
  • Provide real time and weekly feedback on sales, operations and customer/team experience
  • Uphold seamless store operational procedures
  • Iput product invoices + updates inventory in Shopify
  • Ensure store maintenance, presentation and organization
  • Oversee Shopify ecommerce orders on a daily basis
  • Communicate with vendors about any orders, manufacturing problems, etc
  • Maintains + completes store supplies reorders each week using the supply inventory checklist
  • Uphold all company Policy and Procedures

Merchandising / Visual:

  • Assist with visual merchandising with Visual AM to ensure presentation is up to Beehive brand and standards
  • Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times
  • Provide real-time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance
  • Ensure inventory levels by filling floor daily with products, placing reorders and product assortments meet customers needs
  • Work closely with our photographer and Creative Director to create content for social media platforms

People & Culture:

  • Motivate and inspire the store team through a strong store presence and consistently leading by example 
  • Hire and train an exceptional team that supports the vision of the Beehive brand
  •  Display a dedicated approach to motivate, develop and retain talent
  • Consistently provide performance feedback to ensure growth, change and results
  • Actively manage all training and customer experience programs
  • Understand the core values and culture of Beehive and reflect these in all efforts


  • 2+ years relevant store management experience in a fast-paced, creative retail environment
  • Passionate about styling and fashion
  • Strong awareness of apparel and accessory trends
