Assistant Manager Position (Full Time- Fort Worth, TX Location):
Reporting to our Regional and Store Manager, essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sales:
- Help manage all areas of the shop, and build on new ideas to improve sales results
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly basis individually and as a team
- Determine the customer's needs, provide personal styling, and offer suggestions and alternatives
- Assist in leading & motivating sales team
- Develop associate’s sales technique alongside Store Manager
- Actively manage customer & team interactions
- Teach and uphold loss prevention
Customer Experience:
- Develop customer relationships with our customers to create an enjoyable Beehive experience
- Set an example of customer service and take ownership of interactions, in the shop, online and over the phone
- Identify future customer opportunities by understanding product and service requirements
- Positive, outgoing, and welcoming personality to all
Operations:
- Maintain consistent inventory accuracy + perform store inventory
- Provide real time and weekly feedback on sales, operations and customer/team experience
- Uphold seamless store operational procedures
- Ensure store maintenance, presentation and organization
- Oversee e-commerce and phone orders on a daily basis
- Maintains + completes store supplies inventory
- Uphold all company Policy and Procedures and reflect these in all efforts
Merchandising / Visual:
- Assist with visual merchandising with Store Manager to ensure presentation is up to Beehive brand and standards
- Filling floor thoughtfully and strategically with products and styles based customer demand, events, and requests
- Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times
- Ensure inventory levels by filling floor daily with products
People & Culture:
- Motivate and inspire the team through a strong store presence and consistently leading by example
- Display a dedicated approach to motivate team
- Understand the core values and culture of Beehive and reflect these in all efforts
Experience Needs:
1-2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, creative retail environment
Reflect leadership experience in a career setting
Passionate about styling and the latest fashion trends
Able to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative
Availability - willing to work a flexible schedule of up to 40 hours/week, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
