Health & Safety at the Hive

WHAT WE'RE DOING TO PROTECT CUSTOMERS & EMPLOYEES:

  • We have put together a list of procedures that are designed to protect all you babes and our awesome worker Bee’s! 

  • We are requiring all employees and customers to wear masks when stepping into the Hive for continuous safety of those around you. 

  • We are currently going to allow as many customers as we have dressing rooms available.

    • AUSTIN: 4

    • FORT WORTH: 5 

    • HOUSTON: 4

  • We are requiring employees to wash and sanitize their hands frequently, along with providing hand sanitizer throughout our stores for all you babes, while shopping!  

  • We have also enhanced our cleaning protocols. We have invested in a Hypocholorous Acid system that we will thoroughly use on clothes and surfaces, as well as a disinfecting humidifier. Read more about HOCI here and here

  • All Beehive stores will be regularly cleaned to CDC standards, including frequent disinfecting of high-touch surfaces (such as door handles, fitting rooms, cash wrap, etc.).

  • All employees will receive fever screening before starting their day at the Hive. 

  • We will require employees with any symptoms of COVID-19 to self-quarantine per CDC guidelines. We ask that if you, yourself, have a fever or do not feel well, please be courteous to our staff and everyone around you and do not shop the store until you are symptom-free. We welcome you to order online or curbside pickup!

  • We hope to make social distancing a little easier for you babes by providing marks on the floor that practice the required six feet social distancing at all times. We will be limiting the number of customers in our stores to facilitate distancing. Please understand that this may mean waiting outside the store for a short time. 

  • We are adopting contactless checkout and payments as much as possible, this means we will not be accepting cash payments at this time. 

  • We are revising fitting room procedures to permit social distancing and avoid physical contact. Fitting rooms will be cleaned between each use.

CAN I USE CASH FOR MY PURCHASE?

  • We are not accepting cash payments right now. We apologize for any inconvenience this safety precaution may cause you.

  • Please note that our stores will still be able to accommodate returns of items purchased with cash. They will also still be able to redeem gift cards for cash where the balance is below the required threshold.

CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DELAYED?

Our fulfillment centers and carrier networks are open and operational. You may experience temporary delays in the ordering process as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our teams.

 

WILL MY ORDER BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19?

At checkout, we’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order based on your shipping method. Any delays or changes to your order timing will be communicated via email. Our carriers are maintaining normal delivery operations except where limited by government restrictions.

Is Curbside Pick Up Available?

Yes, we are still offering Curbside Pickup while our store is temporarily closed. When you arrive to collect your order, please call the store to let them know you're outside+ we will be right out to bring your order.
