Responsibilities
- Be an expert on the Beehive brand, point of view, and lifestyle
- Have deep interest and understanding in fashion & current trends
- Educate customers on Beehive product knowledge and facilitate sales
- Handle multiple customers at a time, while ensuring that each receives an exceptional customer service experience that is unique to Beehive.
- Outfit and style each customer through fitting room styling and suggestive selling
- Work the cash wrap and check-out customers in an efficient and timely manner
- Communicate any and all product and customer feedback to Beehive team members
- Maintain the stores visual presence through cleaning, vacuuming, steaming, and restocking as needed
- Ensure that store standards and asset security are executed daily in compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older

1+ years of previous retail experience

A love for the Beehive product and lifestyle

Impeccable customer service skills: identify customer needs and tailor solutions as necessary

People person: Positive energy, approachable, and is an effective communicator

Strong capability to style according to the Beehive eye and aesthetic
